PART ONE : According to the observations at (17:30)hrs M.S.T today, the deep depression over Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved West Northwestwards and it's intensified into a Cyclonic Storm (TITLI). it is centered at about within half degree of lat (14.8)N and long (86.7)E .It is forecast to move West-Northwestwards.
PART TWO : Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and couldy over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E
WEATHER : Fairly Widespread rain or thundershowers .
VISIBILITY : (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.
SURFACE WIND : South (or ) Southeast (10- 15)kts at times ( 30)kts.
SEAS : Moderate to rough.
WAVE HEIGHT : (6 - 9) feet.
FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 16.5°N – 20.5°N AND LONG. 92°E
WEATHER : Widespread rain or thundershowers with isolated heavy falls .
VISIBILITY : (4) nautical miles but less than (1/2) nautical mile in rain.
SURFACE WIND : East or Sotheast (10 - 15)kts at times (40)kts.
SEAS : Rough.
WAVE HEIGHT : (9- 12) feet.
